Returns:

We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from JBModel within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be accompanied with written explanation. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a tracking number. We do not accept responsibility for lost packages. Shipping cost is not refundable. The merchandise must be in New and Unused condition and in its original packaging. Return a copy of your invoice.
